as a commercial license holder you can expect your personal insurance to increase..you will have to explain to your boss why it shows on your abstract(you may want to tell them asap) depending on your employers company policies and their insurance carriers policy you may be diciplined or terminated.I know this because i hold a commercial license and made a mistake also ,not recently though
