    I am in my 80s and on a fixed income and i could never pay any thing.

        No, you will not be billed here. I have not been billed after 2 years of being on line here...does that mean they don't have my billing address or that someone else is monitoring my activities and paying my way........like the NSA?!!!!! yikes ...gotta go now.
