If you try detoxing your body with friut and veg and use a blender and drink it there are so many recipies out there for blenders with fruitand veg one of my favorites are fresh orange and carrots another one in the summer is fresh mint and parsly with fresh lemon and spoonful of honey and blend this up and add water and crushed ice its aWOW
