    how can a contractor's wife who has a husband who travels protect her residency from assessor's

    I tag my vehicles in VA but have a base home in WV. I am rarely there because we are fulltime RV'ers. WV takes my taxes for ambulance service and fire service, but somehow misses the trailer license plates that I bought for my 5 x 10 trailer and my 24 ft v-nose trailer. How does that make me the crook when they have the records right in front of them for assessment?

      Maybe you have them confused because your vehicles are tagged in VA.
