I would immediately transfer the contents from the freezer to another one. Turn the power off, and determine if you overloaded the contents in the freezer. If you did, the coolness was not allowed to circulate freely because it was itself frozen. Either let the whole unit thaw first or use a hair dryer to unthaw the freezer unit at back of the freezer. Look at back of the refrigerator unit to see if there's a lot of debris preventing the air from circulating in the freezer. Plug it back in, and pray.
