      Keep on trying.  Call as many lenders as you can.  Or you can call a mortgage broker who knows the more "lenient" lenders to work with.  A mortgage broker helps you get a loan from a pool of available lenders. 


      You may have to pay a couple of points higher in interest rates for having less than good credit.
