In-person the repeater has a beautiful tone but a lot of the beauty is in the unique dial. The lower part is designed to look like an agitated link sea made of sapphires while the upper section is a sunset representing a starry sky made of meteorite silver obsidian link and opal. The movement still has link an hour hand at the back to set the approximate time but this is more an art piece than anything else and the stone setting and different materials come together in fantastic fashion.
