    I'm trying to add a line to my phone plan, but I already have a phone. How do I skip the "pick a phone part" to the process?

      Call your cell phone provider. They will ask you for the code located inside the extra cell phone you want to add. It requires you open the back up where the battery is. They will then call the phone and activate it. Hope this helped.
