    What does a blue screen at start up Mean?

    I seem to have some software tamping with my system, blocking my equipmemt, keeping from accessing my own information( I'm unable to detect my dogital camera ) ect.

      Sounds like your mother board is about cooked. Get your computer to a tech. If you lose your mother board before you can save your saved items, you will lose everything and will not be able to get it back.
