I am assuming you mean how to create a password which would be difficult for someone else to crack open. The following is some suggestions on how to create a very secure password and it has to be a password that you will not forget:

    1) Type in a persons first & last name that you know very well use a friend or coworker's name not a spouse. The persons name could also be an actor that you like, capitalize the first letter of the first and last name. Use your imagination.

    2) Also type in a phone number of someone that you know by memory and type in a dash between the area codes and after the first three numbers that you will not forget.

    3) Use an underscore between the persons first & last name.

    4) End the password by typing in a question mark as a special character

As an example of the password you might create using the above suggestions see the following:

    Michael_Douglas_450-555-1212?

The above password would be considered very secure and it is a password that you would not forget.

Now this is just a suggestion be creative and ensure that you choose some thing that you will not forget. Capitalization and special characters improve the security of the password.
