my boundery wall which is at least 10ft tall is moving. The builder origionally came and said he would rectify the prob That was last year I havent seen him since!!! he seems to not have a warrenty anywhere. I am very concerned as we might land up in the field below .

I hope you hired a licensed contractor. Go to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs of your city to see what they have on this guy. If he's still active, and licensed, I would at least get an attorney to discuss this with him. Hopefully you signed a contract for the construction of this fence.

The boundery wall was put up when the house was built 5yrs ago by the builder. I have tried to find the builders warranty, but it seems hes not reg anywhere. This was missed by the solicitors when I purchased the house. It seems like your suggestion of an attorney might be the only way to go . thanku for your advice.
