?Who do I go to for help?
I am getting too old for a change in gender, but feel desperate to do so. I am taking hormones without a doctor's supervision and do not intend to quit until I die. I need to get the hormones and see a professional before I do irrepairable damage. Also can't talk to a male doctor about this and can't find a proper doctor close enough to assist me.

you MUST have supervision on your hormone levels before your heart just stops. A doctor, male or female, can take care of you and if you are really serious, it would not matter what gender the doctor is. Don't look for permission or pity here, you know what you are doing and if you want to play games with your life, then this is your business
