    i WANT TO REACH A PERSON TO TALK WITH NOT A MACHINE IT JUST HANGS UP ON ME

    I am trying to reach a person to talk to I want to make the payment from my bank account and I was told I was not set up to do so, I tried to reach a person to talk with to pay this bill and the machine just hung up, told me to call the number on the back of my card to make the payment I had the same problem and could not reach a person to talk with. *(Personal information deleted by Moderator Ducky)*

      Call back and punch “0” for operator or if it ask for any kind of response, just say “representative” and you should get a live person……….
