Methadone Drug Tests Timetable
The following is an estimated range of times, or detection windows, during which methadone can be detected by various testing methods:
Urine Test: 6-12 days
Blood Test: 24 hrs`
Saliva Test: 1-10 days
Methadone, like like many other drugs, can be detected with a hair follicle drug test for up to 90 days.

depends on how long you took the Methadone--and how high of a dose per day. Some drugs will take up to 2 weeks to build up in your system. So, I would think it would take 2--4 weeks for them to get out of your system.
But, it's best to discuss this with your doctor, or your prescriber .
