Calamine lotion work best ,better yet stay away from those nasty plant.

The standard treatment is calamine lotion, but it takes a long time to work.  I know this is going to sound brutal, but I had great luck using lacquer thinner.  Poison ivy comes from oil in the plant, and the oil from your skin adds to the problem.  Lacquer thinner is very drying, and it'll clear the problem right up within a few days.  Just do a patch test first to see if your skin can take it.  Good luck!

Put that pink cream on it :D
