They are tasering people out of control that wont comply. I hope they do it twice !!  Tell these Obama  voters and supporters if they want to reduce the police carbon footprints, don't break laws, riot, and they wont get tasered . Which in turn they wont have to recharge the taser. Now isn't that simple. But no, they mentally are not capable of making common sense decisions. So the h*** with them , whatever happens to them ,happens to them. A dog learns from a shock collar. These dumba$$e$ dont.
