Pros – <tt class="notranslate">H&R Block offers an education program that you can not get anywhere else. Your level of experience and education is up to you.</tt>
Cons – <tt class="notranslate">H&R Block will hire someone without any experience to work in our upper management team and the rest of the team is responsible for training them. I think they should promote from within.</tt>
