    we never received an answer about our pansonic phone so we request a refund of $45.00 that was charged to our account

    Heres my guess. You talked with a tech someplace about your phone. The sites most likely sounded the same something about questions . Then you got charged . This is the bad news ,you are lost and knocking on the wrong door. Advise here is free to my knowledge. So you have to back track to the site you were at and inquire with them as to your answer and not being happy. Sorry I know this sucks but the fact is you have the wrong door in a really big hotel. Good luck .
