Start by burning more calories (exercise) than you take in. DON'T diet. Start with 6 smaller portions of healthier food a day. Yo-yo dieting reeks havoc on a person's metabolism. Changing your eating habits is the key. No late night (after 8 PM) snacking. These are just some tips. I'm no expert but this has worked for me.
