I will try....I am not in front of your computer....Click on start, then all programs. You will get a list of all your installed programs, locate the cam software in this list.  I do not know the name that you are looking for so you will have to explore it a little. Once you locate the folder, open it by clicking on it. The folder will expand and give you additional choices. One of the choices may be uninstall, do not select it, you want the actual app which will probably be a little icon of some kind, possibly a little picture of a camera. I assume your cam is built into your laptop, mine is....you should see yourself pop up on the screen in front of you when you open the program
