    You need a pain specialist... meanwhile some distractions can help like zen music or watching a slow movie at low volume... get someone to read to you or massage your feet... also try acupuncture treatments for chronic pain and believe it or not some mild exercise can and will help...try swimming or some strength training. Try also finding an Osteopathic Doctor who may be able to help find an alternate method of dealing with your pain. Maybe some THC therapy?  Good luck....
