      Highlight the text you want to copy & paste, then in your keyboard:


      In Mac: press the CMD + C keys for Copy, then CMD + V keys for Paste


      In PC: Press the Ctrl + C keys for Copy, then Ctrl + V keys for Paste

        while holding down your left click button on  your mouse, and staring at the top of the area you want to cut and paste, scroll down across the document. When you get to the bottom of the area you want. Stop then over the now highlighted area, right click your mouse and click copy, then go to where you want to copy it to, right click the mouse again and click paste
