I've spent over two (2) hours & I've tried everything & your answer was OK, BUT, I guess I've tried that tooooooo many times without any luck;;;;;;; The secret of knowing how to do something is a secret that nobody wants to share; I use to go to an apple class to learn how to use the apple, but they just take over; & unfortunately they require me to buy another apple in order to take classes for $100.00 a year; I haven't mastered the MacBook I own, so WHY would I want to buy a new one; I think Apple is missing out on this , as I don't think I'm not the only dummy in the USA & This is an issue that must be addressed ;;; I all started when I decided to have (2) g-Mail accounts & then face-book told me that someone compromised my account & told me to change all my passwords & now I'm soooo confused & asking a total stranger for help is crazy--------anyway that's what I'm doing-------Give me something if you can---
