I have parkinsons disease and have some difficulty fingering. I have seen a slide bar which allows all the strings to be held down to the frets a one time. After you have tuned your guitar to DADGAD so that the majority of the cords can be played.
It also has a velcro strap to hold it in position on the left hand. i HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS CALLED NOR DO I KNOW WHERE TO FIND ONE. CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY HELP.
