    he used eggs, flour, salt, white wine, olive oil and i believe some water. I need a smaller portion recipe to make my own pasta

      I typed into Google :recipe pasta dough two servings You would be amazed at what I found . When that page comes up choose the second option . Your answer awaits you there ,I hope you enjoy your dinner .    Bill

        Trust me, you do NOT want to make your own dough.  It's a LOT of work, very tiring, plus you'll need a  dough machine. Buy your noodles, you can't tell the difference from homemade..........
