I know a hair dresser she says that they do kill the lice but not all the eggs and shesaid if you dont want to put chemicals on your head and just to kill the eggs is put vinigar on your head and the eggs will slide off

It should, but if not they will be colored lice.

Yes, but they might come back, b/c the eggs might be in your clothes, your purse, your house, your car......

All you have to do is shampoo your hair and towel dry, put a good amount of conditioner through evenly, get a bag to cover it for the night and the lice will die. In a couple days repeat for when the eggs hatch. You might want to do it three or four times just t be sure you got the new hatch lings. The conditioner will suffocate the lice without a bunch of chemical damage. Take your bedding and wash in hot water with bleach just to be sure you get it all.
