        Try "Taste Of Home Slow Cooker Recipies " In Google   Also Go to Americas Test Kitchen and sign up for a one day pass and down load all the recipies you wish .  Try on Google "Dinners Drive Inns and dives "  Guy Fietti is the host  then look for pot roast . Good luck
