Call the "Your State" Bar Association in your town.  Explain to them that you're concerned about the conflict of interest your lawyer may have regarding your case.  Ask who you can talk to to get this straightened out.

two people you tell the truth to doctors and lawers.. your the one paying!

The lawyers answer to a judicial review board . They have little fear of anything but they for sure respect the board . This board has the power to fine or revoke the credentials of a lawyer . You can petition the board for a hearing and tell your story. There is also a matter of fraud before the bench . Then there is a matter of perjury before the bench. You start talking like that and you will for sure have their attention . There is a code of conduct for them and there is no latitude for misconduct. You have rights as well time to learn them .                Bill
