    Proper diet, less sugar and plenty of exercise (moving around, walking, sit ups, etc). Get your heart pumping and your blood flowing and your body will generate energy.

    honestly, rest and food. If you are getting plenty of each, you may need to seek out medical attention. I bet though, you are either not sleeping enough, not eating enough or not properly or both.
