      Cut the Basil from your garden then wash and towel dry it.


      Place it in a food processor with olive oil, garlic, walnuts, salt and pepper and a touch of lemon.


      Note: Your going need need A LOT of it (Basil) and YES you can freeze it.


      Great over pasta.
