    Safelink customer for three years, had problem with old phone three weeks ago, got newn phone last week Still trui9ng tom get over 360 minutesm I had left on old phone as well as August mins because old phone was shot Transferred old # 570-730-8901 to new phone serial #012 576 005 423 772 Can anyone out there help me !!!!!!!

        Safelink does not carry over saved minutes to a new phone. In fact, you will not even have the new minutes that just posted on the first and will have to wait until the start of next month to get your new minutes. Sucks don't it?
