I'm assuming you mean spam in your email. You need to be sure that you delete all tracking cookies, browsing history as that is a way for spam to get into your computer. Make sure your security is kept at least moderately high and put all spam that you do receive in your email spam folder. Contact your email provider and see if they have any further suggestions to help reduce the spam.
