This requires more info : Which email are you useing ??????? Do you share a computer ???? Generally when you go to your email something will show up in the user name box ,sometimes its your info sometimes not . Do what ever it takes to clear this box .Then enter your user name ,below that is password box.complete that and click on login . That should do it . Other option is to click on lost password and follow the prompts .
