I'm about to get my cavities filled with a non murcury filling material but one of the ingredients in the material is flouride! I would prefer to find a dentist that used a filling substance that did not include flouride as an ingredient. Dose anything like this exists?

My dentist dosn't use mercury as he is more health oriented. He dosn't see anything wrong with a little bit of flouride in the filling material to put into the cavity of the tooth.

Composite resin fillings do not contain fluoride except possibly in trace amounts.

To avoid fluoride totally is completely impossible and in any case it is beneficial at normal doses.
