Within the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to receive attachments.
Email shows there's an attachment, yet nothing is displayed to click on under the attachments area. When I reply to an email with an attachment the message :
attachment "person's name.docx" removed by Kathleen Pettit/SLM/AHC appears

It is either your antivirus program that is disabling attachments or a firewall. Check to see if you have two firewalls. You should never have two firewalls enabled. Depending on the antivirus program that you are running some have a firewall some don't. If for example you are using Microsoft Security Essentials it does not have a firewall so enable the Microsoft Firewall.
