My touch screen on my T-Mobile Samsung is not responding to my touch. It is making it extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to text or make a call out. I can answer just fine. I am currently visiting in Peekskill NY and live in Colorado where there is a T-Mobile every where.

    What are my options?

MIne is the same way.  I use a key to enter my data.  It's more precise because its end is more narrow, unlike our fingers.  Try it.

Also, if you hae too many songs or pictures, the phone tends to "freeze".  If possible, get rid of half of the pictures and songs.
