      throw it out!


      I got sick on some kind of medication once -- never again. I watch the date on food carefully. Sometimes products at the store are on sale because their due date is nearing.

        depends on what you are drinking. Rely on your senses to determine the quality of the product. Ya know when milk is bad, yuck, what a smell it has. Juices last longer and are not always bad just because it is expired.
