      To treat head lice you need to go to the pharmacy closest to you, buy a lot of lice-killer shampoo and follow the directions. You'll also need to buy a special lice comb to take out all the dead lice and eggs (use boiling water to clean the comb). Also wash all clothes, sheets, and sofa covers that came into contact with the infected in high temperatures to make sure all lice and eggs are removed.

        You can do like Arielle says but, I personally don't have faith in OTC lice products.  When/if my child(ren) catches lice, I call their Doctor an get a prescription, it's faster and more effective.
