    History of Mass Hysteria>>http://www.medscape.com/features/slideshow/hysteria

Teenage girls when there's some idol in their presence........like Sinatra,or Elvis,  or the Beatles, or Justin Bieber.

Those who are spontaneous in their reactions without taking the time to fully evaluate the hysteria.

In my experience: Panic reactions are potentially cyclic and are associated within the Limbic system.

limbic system |?limbik| noun a complex system of nerves and networks in the brain, involving several areas near the edge of the cortex concerned with instinct and mood. It controls the basic emotions (fear, pleasure, anger) and drives (hunger, sex, dominance, care of offspring). ORIGIN late 19th cent.: limbic from French limbique, from Latin limbus ‘edge.’

A panic reaction usually builds as a series of associable events that led to a potential or imagined event that may or may not be plasable. Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) The linkage of events seem to be the most profound element in this and other conditions of a similar automatic response. These linkages of events can be produced by step-training a cascading series of events and may be used to perform a task quickly by stepping through quickly with rate tuning. For example your morning routine may be like mine..."The Kitchen" go to the sink, wash the a pan and fill it with distilled water, on the stove top, burner to high.  Coffee beans to the grinder>fine , ground coffee to the filter, assemble the 3 part coffee maker, pour in the Boiling water. That process once required 15 minuets to perform and was done this morning in 1 minuet and 34 seconds at a leisurely pace. It is all set up for Fairy speed.

The relationship between a quick cup of coffee and PTSD is the same. The difference is that the PTSD links are in place as a result of trauma and and fear. The action links require rework by going through them step by step and removing/replacing each at a snails pace while the step drummer pounds out the quick-step, replacing the quick-step with a grindingly slow step...like being the turtle rather than the rabbit. Some things...r-e--q--u---i---r----e......... t----h----e..........s------l-----o-----w........s-------t------e-------p..........

    Not me, that's for sure.
