yes very much so when you take all percautions and follow directions to the letter. Better to have a knowlegeable person do the first couple of treatments . Once you have a couple treatments under your belt then you have a better idea what is being done and how to do it. Turning your patients into human candles is frowned upon and is a jailable offense. If you dont know ,Dont go. That is a safe course always ..
