    I gave your receptionist all the information that she required and her reply was "i am not a mind reader"

    I later overheard her colleague remark that the rude receptionist was having another of her tantrums. I had offered my name and appointment time and I was punctual. Please would you make clear to your receptionist at King's Lynn that politeness costs nothing. Saturday 6th August 2011.
