    Why do deer come out on a Full moon

    They come out every night. It is just easier to spot them on a full moon.

    Deer like many animals who are considered to be prey for larger animals take advantage from the changing of the moon light. In order to reduce its exposure to predators, deer come out more to open spaces when the moon is "smaller" and gives less light. The worst time to hunt deer is on a full moon because they feel more exposed to predators and tend to hide more when the moon is full.
