    soul food

    Not Devil food..........lol

Absolutely, is this in regards to the verse?

    Matthew 25:35 (NLT)
35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.

Are you suggesting that we should help the needy?

    krystach1

    YES
    YES
    YES

    Bread and wine, of course.

I would offer any one the best that I have.

I'll answer your question with a question. Why would Jesus need anyone to feed him when he could produce enough fish and bread to feed thousands?

    Lupe

Yes, HE could make anything HIMSELF. It would be a test for us. Do we practice what we preach?

    oldanthony

Good one, there ain't no flys on you
    Tintin

Cheers ,Lupe. The fact is Jesus is interested in the Status of our hearts when we give not in the actual things we can give otherwise He can give the needy Himself. Therefore, the question to you all is,Can you give what your life depend on?

vanilla flavoured ice-cream with chocolate toppings and nuts on top ;) while watching the movie 2012 together and take out few secrets out of him about the end of the world : ) you can offer ice cream to anyone and they'll share their secrets, woks like magic on my little brother ;)

Well, first I'd ask him whether he prefers sweet or salty. If he goes for the sweet stuff, I'll make him a pancake with maple syrup and cinnamon, and banana slices. If he likes salty, some burritos filled with spicy beans and melted cheese, plus a salad with avocado, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. As a drink I'd offer him some smoothie (for example, orange juice with spearmint or orange-pineapple-celery). And afterwards, a Chai tea with milk and raw sugar.

    Ms Sinclair

Yummy. Would you feed me too?

When we receive our new ressurrected bodies we will not eat out of hunger, but for our pleasure. I would offer Him all I have available.

Fish, I live near the sea.

Whatever weve got in the house hes welcome to share. No one leaves our house hungry

What an honour this would be. John said 'I am not worthy to tie His laces' likewise I am not worthy to make a meal for Jesus. One thing for sure. He would not ask for special food. He would be pleased with whatever I had in my house.
FRIED DEER TENDERLOIN ,MASHED POTATOESHOME MAID BISQUITS, MILK GRAVEY SLICED TOMATOES WITH FIG PERSERVES

    I would give him figs.
    He might like figs.

i would feed him the best of whatever i had to offer
I WOULD MAKE HIM A DELISSSSHHH GRAVY HOME MADE ANGEL HAIR PASTA AND PUT LOTS OF GALLONS OF WATER ON THE TABLE AND LET HIM WORK HIS MAGIC ON THAT=P
If he didn't mind nuked food, I can't cook a thing, boil water that's about it.
"I'D ORDER PIZZA WITH WHAT-EVER AND AS MANY TOPPINGS HE WANTED!"
You offer only what you have.

Difficult to offer what you do not have.

Long after they had watched him crucified. Long after the scattering of these faithful men. Jesus walked among his diciples. As he stood there, listening to them discuss the things that had occurred, they did not even know he was standing there. Right in their midst. My point is, how would you know right away, if these guys didn't?

Therefore, a fellow, some strange fellow standing there, at your door, asks, "may I have a bite to eat". You invite him in, and offer him whatever you have. Just like you would anyone else.

He does say: "if you have done this for the least of them, you have done it for me"

We should praise God that we can! There are some who have none of these things to offer. But, I guarantee, if they knew it was the Lord, they will find anything they've got to give him for the sake of the blessing of His presence.

    That's a good one, LOL!

obviously, matzo ball soup followed by a bagel with cream cheese and lox, which he would enjoy like any other jewish person would.
Anything he wants from French toast to pasta. Whatever the best stuff I had in the refrigerator or cupboard. I would even run down to the store for whatever he had a craving to eat for his meal!
    bread and wine
is that after you have gotten off the floor food is agood idea
He uses those pipo we are meeting daily.Could be yo neighbours,yo friends & yo brothers/sisters.We meet them everyday. They dont have to come to us;We can cheerfully walk upto the & tell them "I brought this" whatever the gift you might have
    i would feed him bread

    The Main Course>>>""Followed by a little dessert>>>>""

I would ask, "For what do you hunger?"

Hunger is not always for food.
    bread and wine
