            It could be apnea.But I think you just need to relax. maybe you Dr.will prescribe a mild sedative or you could try a cup of cocoa before bed.But certainly tell your doctor.

              As you've been told by others-- See a doctor, it sounds like congestion to me though.  still get professional advice.
