    I RUN WIN 7 64bt. IE9,

    How do i get all desktop icons to open maximized? Some icons in their properties have an option to open maximized, others don't have that option, why?

      Icon sizes are set by the app they are created by. If they do not offer an option for resizing, I do not know how you can change them.
