Annette was born with hydrocephalous had a shunt placed at birth. At one year of age she started getting seizures and has been on medication since. As she got older the seizures got more frequent and stronger, I've also seen her regressing more and more as the years pass, she is now 21 and we are condidering the surgery. We are from the lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas so as much as I've been requesting alternatives from her neurologists I've yet to get answers, after 15 years of asking around I was resently inform of the brain surgery and have been making trips to Houston Tx. for analysis.Things aren't as clear as I would want them to be so I find myself looking around for alternatives.
