      No, it just raised the credit limit for the spenders on capitol hill. The only approved budget right now is the one that says, spend, spend, spend and take from the poor!  I think they are still hashing out what spending is going to get cut to make up for the credit increase.

        We just gave ourselves an opportunity to spend our grandchildren's money.  Just for the next 35-40 years.
