I like the ones that you buy at the grocery store I think they are called spare ribs they have more meat on them and are marbled with fat. Then I would like a pan with aluminum foil, wash the ribs off well maybe sprinkle some salt on them and then cover them with your favorite type B-que sauce and bake in oven at 350 degrees for I would say about an hour or a little more. That always worked for me?
