      We are not your bank. Contact them  by phone.

        Go to the bank manager and apologize to him regarding what had happened.  Often times the charges are made by the computer program.  Explain to him what you were trying to do and ask him politely if he would be kind enough to waive the charges.  I am sure he will. 


        ps:  don't wear shorts and slippers to the bank.
