      You can always call Comcast and have them help you over the phone.

        You need to go to the website and click on "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" and follow the directions, get yourself a new password. I think you can do the same thing for your ID, get yourself a new ID. Might be good to write them down and keep them somewhere handy.
